We sell handcrafted goat milk soaps, lotions, lip balms, and related skincare products. We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, photographs, and pricing displayed on the Site, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.

Please also note that colors displayed on the Site may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor and screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Payment is due at the time of checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which are processed through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment processors.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.
• Applicable sales tax will be applied where required by Virginia law.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. We may cancel orders due to:

• Pricing errors or inaccuracies in product information
• Product unavailability
• Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request — please contact us to inquire.

Shipping times provided at checkout and in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order is delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
• Refunds for approved claims will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Allergies & Product Use

Our products contain goat milk, natural oils, fragrances, essential oils, and other ingredients. Individual sensitivities vary. Please note the following:

• We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before first use of any new product.
• The Sud Shack LLC is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from product use.

Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

If informal resolution efforts are unsuccessful within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies available under Virginia law. Additionally, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration if both parties mutually agree to do so.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of The Sud Shack LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
