The Sud Shack LLC
We want your handmade goat milk goodies to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are hand-packed with care and typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, new launches), processing may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you in the loop.
2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
- We ship through a mix of trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS, for the most reliable delivery.
- Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
- Estimated delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — once your package is with the carrier, delivery timelines are in their hands.
3. Shipping Rates
We keep it simple:
- Orders $49.99 and over: FREE shipping
- Orders $49.98 and under: $7.99 flat rate
Straightforward pricing, no hidden fees.
4. Where We Ship
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Please note that some carriers may have limitations delivering to P.O. Boxes. If you run into trouble, reach out and we'll help you find a solution.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, and with anyone in your household.
- Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before the final drop-off.
- If still missing after 48 hours, contact the carrier directly to open an investigation or file a claim.
Important Policy Points
- Missing packages must be reported within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date.
- The Sud Shack LLC is not responsible for packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
- We do not automatically reship or refund orders marked as delivered.
- We reserve the right to decline claims that show a pattern of repeated lost-package reports.
- While we cannot automatically issue a refund for a delivered item, we will happily provide the documentation you need to file a formal "Missing Mail" or postal search with the Postal Inspection Service.

6. Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at brenda3488@thesudshackllc.com or 757-304-6078.
- Please include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
- We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
